SherpaCTF 2025-The Echoes of Glory
Â
After the resounding success of SherpaCTF 2024, we’re raising the bar with SherpaCTF 2025 — Malaysia’s first fully offline Capture the Flag (CTF).
🚫 No Wi-Fi. No mobile data. No messaging apps. No AI assistants.
Just you, your skills, and a clean Kali Linux live USB.
Held alongside the Parallel Pulse @NanoSec Cyber Defensive Conference, this competition will host 100 teams who will battle it out in a completely isolated environment. Every team will boot into a vanilla Kali Linux setup and rely solely on built-in tools, manuals, man pages, and hardcopy references provided on-site.
This unique format strips away the crutches of the internet and puts the spotlight on what really matters: skill, creativity, and adaptability. Even straightforward tasks—like decoding a Base32 string—become an authentic test of problem-solving in a constrained setup.
👥 Teams of 1–3 members will have 8 hours to tackle challenges across categories such as Web, Pwn, Cryptography, Reverse Engineering, Forensics, and more.
Whether you’re a newcomer eager to learn or a seasoned pro looking for the ultimate test, SherpaCTF 2025 promises an unforgettable experience—plus exciting prizes from our sponsors!
Stay tuned for updates!
