Parallel Pulse @ NanoSec is the first of its kind defensive security conference in Malaysia.

Organised by NanoSec Asia, a cybersecurity based community, Parallel Pulse @ NanoSec aims to bring researchers and practitioners who stand on the front-lines of cybersecurity.

Session Format

Presentation will be for 45 minutes (including Q & A), in the English language

Topics of interest:

We are interested in original content, including demos covering the 4 areas of defensive security, i.e. prevent, detect, respond and recover.

Areas include (but not limited to):

  1. Threat Detection & Hunting
  2. Incident Response & Forensics
  3. Security Operations (SOC) and AI technology
  4. Cloud & Infrastructure Defense
  5. Open Source Tools for Defenders
  6. Cyber insurance
  7. Cyber law
  8. Real-life lessons/deep-dives from ransomware, phishing, or insider threats
  9. Defensive architecture for enterprise environments
  10. Risk quantification models for defenders
  11. Defensive honeypots and deception tools
  12. Have something fresh, experimental, or unconventional? We want that too.
